What’s On the Menu

Provenance plays a starring role on our lunch and dinner menus, and we source as much of our fresh and seasonal produce from the fertile farmlands surrounding the hotel. If it can’t be found here on the island, we’ll go straight to the finest sources around the world to ensure our plates are brimming with authenticity, flavour and quality.

By day, indulge in beautiful brunches and lush lunches curated by the delightful Tess Prince, of Love Food Ibiza. It can be hard to choose between the mouth-wateringly good selection of nutritious, delicious and decadent dishes – let your appetite and mood be your guide.

When the sun goes down, it’s over to our revered head chef Tim Payne to take the kitchen reins. His contemporary twists on culinary classics and clever knack for fusing local and international flavours has elevated Pamelas to new heights in recent years, but most importantly: it’s food that just tastes really, really good.
