Plates are both luxurious yet hearty, with most of our fresh, organic Ibicencan and Spanish produce sourced from farms within a stone’s throw of Pikes. An array of rustic dishes complements a selection of fine dining inspired plates, meaning there’s something to suit all appetites and dietary requirements – you’re spoilt for choice when you dine at our restaurant.



Hailing from East Lancashire, our revered head chef Tim Payne spent his formative years learning from celeb chef Marco Pierre White and has been independently making waves in the international culinary community ever since. With almost four decades of experience under his belt, he’s sprinkled magic in Michelin-starred restaurants, appeared on ITV’s Hell’s Kitchen and put his own stamp on the iconic gastropub Paradise By Way Of Kensal Green among other famed locales.

An Ibiza lover through and through, Tim has been visiting Ibiza since the 90s, enamoured not just of its lifestyle and music scene, but also its abundant natural produce. Alongside Carl Cox, he launched the beloved Playa d’en Bossa beach restaurant, Sands, in the 00s and was at the heart of locally loved hangout Can Mimosa for years, before bringing his passion for food and service to our humble home here in the hills of San Antonio.
