TIM PAYNE

East Lancashire–born head chef Tim Payne cut his teeth under Marco Pierre White before carving out his own path across Michelin-starred kitchens, TV screens and some of London’s most iconic dining rooms. Nearly four decades in, his craft is as sharp as ever.

An Ibiza lover since the 90s, Tim has long been inspired by the island’s lifestyle, music and natural bounty. He helped launch the much-loved Sands in Playa d’en Bossa, brought heart to local favourite Can Mimosa, and now pours all that passion into our kitchen in the San Antonio hills.

Do I need to book a table for dinner in advance? caret-down

Yes our tables fill up quickly. Best to reserve your spot in advance. Hotel guests can reserve by speaking to our concierge team.

Is dinner open to non-hotel guests? caret-down

Absolutely. Whether you’re staying with us or drifting in for a special night, everyone’s welcome at our table.

Do you cater for dietary requirements? caret-down

We do. Tim and the team are brilliant with dietary needs. Just let us know when you book or when you arrive.

Is there music during dinner? caret-down

Always. Our resident DJs and live musicians create the soundtrack – gentle and atmospheric early on, building as the night begins to shift.

Can we stay on for the party after dinner? caret-down

Of course. Dinner often melts into the night – it’s one of the perks of eating at Pikes. You don’t need to join the guestlist.

Is there a dress code? caret-down

Like our events nothing too serious – just a little intention in how you show up. Express yourself, but make an effort. No beachwear, sportswear, fancy dress or novelty outfits. We reserve the right to refuse entry if it doesn’t feel right for the night.

Are children welcome at dinner? caret-down

As dinner reservations include guestlist entry to the events, we operate a strict over-27s policy. Our door staff will check ID.

Can I book for a large group? caret-down

Our table capacities are limited. For groups of more than eight, please email concierge@pikesibiza.com and we’ll let you know if we have any options.

Is there a minimum spend? caret-down

Our restaurant spaces are more sought-after than ever. To keep things fair and ensure tables go to those who truly want to dine with us, we’ve introduced an upfront minimum spend on reservations.

  • €85 per person for Dinner (Monday–Saturday)
  • €60 per person for Sunday Roast

This amount is deducted from your final bill and can be used on food and drink in the restaurant.

Will my table be held if I arrive late? caret-down

We kindly ask guests to arrive on time. Tables are held for a maximum of 15 minutes past your reservation. Due to high demand, arriving later may result in the table being released.

Is there a cancellation or no-show fee? caret-down

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance via Cover Manager. A fee of €30 per person will be deducted from the minimum spend, and the remainder refunded.

Cancellations made within 24 hours are considered no-shows and no refund will be issued.
