An Ibiza lover since the 90s, Tim has long been inspired by the island’s lifestyle, music and natural bounty. He helped launch the much-loved Sands in Playa d’en Bossa, brought heart to local favourite Can Mimosa, and now pours all that passion into our kitchen in the San Antonio hills.
