An international private chef, food writer and stylist, Tess has a deep love of bold Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours – a passion sparked during her London days working alongside Baxter Storey and Yotam Ottolenghi. Now we’re glad she calls the white isle home as she brings all that colour, care and quiet mischief to the plates she creates for our guests.
