Unruled Ltd operates the website sign up forms on behalf of Ibiza Rocks House S.L.U. and acts as a Data Processor. This means Unruled handles data only on our instructions and does not use your data for its own purposes.

When you purchase a ticket or register for guest list entry for an event at Pikes Ibiza via the official venue ticketing platform FourVenues, certain information relating to your booking or registration may be shared with the organiser of that event (the “Event Promoter”).

The information shared may include your name, email address, ticket or registration details and order reference where applicable. This information is shared strictly for the purposes of delivering and administering the event, including essential operational communications relating to your attendance.

This sharing is necessary in order to administer the event and fulfil your ticket purchase or registration.

Event Promoters act as independent Data Controllers in respect of this data. They may only use the data for event administration unless you separately opt in to receive marketing communications from that Promoter.

Where you opt in to receive marketing from an Event Promoter, your personal data will be processed in accordance with that Promoter’s own privacy policy.

Once personal data has been shared with an Event Promoter, that Promoter becomes responsible for its own processing of the data in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Ticket purchases and registrations made via FourVenues are also subject to FourVenues’ own privacy policy.

5. International transfers

Our email and CRM provider, for example ActiveCampaign, may process data in the United States. These transfers are protected using Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner to ensure your information remains protected.
