Restaurant Reservation and Dining Terms and Conditions

To ensure a safe, enjoyable and respectful experience for all guests, please familiarise yourself with our Pikes Restaurant and Dining policy outlined below. These terms are issued by Ibiza Rocks House S.L.U., CIF B57928947, Calle Cervantes 27, 07820 San Antonio, Baleares, Spain.

1. Reservations and Arrival Time

To ensure a smooth dining experience, we kindly request that all guests arrive on time for their reservation. Tables will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the reservation time. Due to high demand and our waiting list, failure to arrive within this period may result in the forfeiture of your table.

2. Group Bookings

Tables are limited to a maximum of 6 guests. Larger group bookings or private events may be requested subject to availability by contacting concierge@pikesibiza.com. Larger groups are not guaranteed due to space limitations.

3. Restaurant Menu and Themed Nights

On certain nights the menu may change to match the theme of a special event. These menus will be communicated in advance on our website and social channels. Guests are encouraged to check for updates when making a reservation.

4. Night Slices – Terms and Conditions

Pre Booking and Tokens
Guests must pre book a 1 hour slot. Each guest receives 4 tokens, each redeemable for 1 slice of pizza. Tokens are valid only during the booked slot, are non transferable and non refundable. Drinks are not included.

Guestlist Access
Pre booking Night Slices includes guestlist access to the event afterwards, subject to standard guestlist rules. Guests must arrive within their booked slot to qualify. Late arrivals may lose both the Night Slices experience and guestlist access.

Time Slots and Seating
Guests must select one of the available time slots. Seating is first come first served in outdoor areas and cannot be reserved.

Weather Policy
Night Slices is an outdoor dining experience and may be affected by weather. Contingency plans exist but availability may change. Guests will be notified as early as possible.

General Terms
Management reserves the right to refuse service or entry to guests who fail to comply with these terms. All bookings are subject to our cancellation policy.

5. Age Policy for Dining

Dinner: strictly 27 years and older.
Lunch and Sunday Roast: children under 18 are welcome until 18:00. Children are not permitted in the pool or poolside areas at any time.

6. Minimum Spends

Dinner: €85 per person (paid in advance, redeemable on food and drinks)
Sunday Roast: €60 per person (paid in advance, redeemable on food and drinks)
Night Slices: €30 per person (paid in advance, redeemable on food only)
Lunch: €30 pre authorisation per person, charged only if cancelled within 24 hours or for no shows.

Minimum spends apply only to restaurant food and drinks and cannot be used against merchandise or other services.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance through Cover Manager. A €30 per person fee will be deducted from the prepaid minimum spend and the remainder refunded.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no shows result in forfeiture of the full minimum spend.

For lunch bookings, the €30 pre authorisation is charged only if cancelled within 24 hours or for no shows.

8. Payment Policy

We accept major credit and debit cards and contactless payments. A discretionary service charge is added to the final bill.

9. Mobile Phone and Photography Policy

Pikes encourages minimal mobile phone use to preserve the atmosphere. Photobooths are provided for guest use.

Guests excessively using phones for photos or video may be warned or asked to leave. Professional photography and videography require prior approval. Flash photography is prohibited.

10. Inclusivity and Staff Respect

Pikes Ibiza promotes an inclusive, respectful environment. Discrimination, harassment or abuse of any kind towards guests, staff or performers will not be tolerated.

Any guest mistreating staff may be removed from the venue and may be banned from future events. By entering Pikes Ibiza, you agree to uphold these values.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is the guest’s responsibility to review the latest version before their visit.
