Event Terms and Conditions
These event entry terms together with the other information on this website form the basis of your agreement with Ibiza Rocks House S.L.U., CIF B57928947, Calle Cervantes 27, 07820 San Antonio, Baleares, Spain. Please read them carefully to ensure a safe, enjoyable and respectful experience for all guests.
1.0 Guestlist and Entry Requirements
All guests must be on the guestlist to attend Pikes events. We do not accept walk ins.
Guestlist registration is free through our website or selected event partners. Pikes Ibiza never charges for guestlist entry. Please avoid third party sites or individuals claiming to sell guestlist access, as we cannot accept responsibility for fraudulent transactions.
Being on the guestlist does not guarantee entry. Entry is subject to capacity, door policy and management discretion. We recommend arriving early.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person at any time without notice. Entry is not permitted to anyone appearing intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
We do not accept stag, hen, bachelor or bachelorette parties.
2.0 Charity Donation
A mandatory minimum charity donation is required on entry, usually €5 per person. The amount may vary depending on the event. Guests may donate more if they wish.
One hundred percent of donations support Pikes nominated local charities. Information is available on our website.
Donations are card only. Cash cannot be accepted.
3.0 Identification
Pikes Ibiza events operate an over 27 policy. Valid photo identification may be required on entry. Accepted ID includes passports, driving licences and government issued identity cards.
4.0 Dress Code
We encourage guests to make an effort with their attire. The following are not permitted:
- Flip flops
- Beachwear
- Sportswear
- Stag or hen attire, including themed costumes, sashes or novelty accessories
- Glitter
Smart, stylish attire is preferred. Management may refuse entry based on inappropriate dress.
5.0 Mobile Phone and Photography Policy
Pikes Ibiza has a minimal mobile phone policy to maintain the unique atmosphere. Upon entry your camera will be stickered and photography or filming is discouraged.
Photobooths are available for guests wishing to capture memories.
Excessive phone use for photos or video may result in a warning or removal from the venue. Professional equipment requires prior approval. Flash photography is not allowed.
6.0 Bag Checks and Security Screening
Bag checks and security screening may take place on arrival. Please minimise belongings as we do not provide a cloakroom.
Prohibited items include illegal substances, outside food or beverages and large bags.
7.0 Photography and Filming
Personal Use: Limited personal photography or filming is permitted in designated areas. Please keep this to a minimum, especially in Freddies.
Professional Use: Professional cameras, video equipment and drones are not permitted without written permission from management.
Promotional Use: Filming or photography for promotional purposes requires prior authorisation.
Consent: By entering Pikes Ibiza, guests grant permission for their likeness to be used in venue photography and video taken by Pikes Ibiza and approved partners.
Please avoid flash photography or filming performers.
8.0 Admittance and Re Entry
The usual event door times are 21:00 to 04:00 unless otherwise stated.
Late entry may be granted at staff discretion. Re entry may be permitted in certain cases; please speak with staff.
9.0 Code of Conduct
All guests must behave respectfully towards others. Disruptive, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the venue.
10.0 Accessibility
Pikes Ibiza aims to provide accessible facilities. Please inform staff on arrival if you require assistance.
11.0 Emergency Procedures
In an emergency, follow staff instructions and use designated exits. Emergency procedures will be communicated through signage and announcements.
12.0 Liability Disclaimer
Pikes Ibiza is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury unless caused by our negligence. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
13.0 Refund and Cancellation Policy
Guestlist entry is free. Pikes Ibiza is not responsible for travel costs or personal expenses if entry is refused or if an event is cancelled.
14.0 Drugs and Zero Tolerance Policy
Pikes Ibiza has a zero tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs. Anyone found in possession of or under the influence of illegal substances will be refused entry or removed from the venue.
15.0 Inclusivity and Staff Respect
Pikes Ibiza promotes an inclusive environment for guests, staff and performers. Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
Any abuse, intimidation or harassment of staff will result in immediate removal and possible future bans.
By entering Pikes Ibiza, you agree to uphold these values.
16.0 Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Guests are responsible for reviewing the latest version before attending.
By entering Pikes Ibiza, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to do so may result in refusal of entry or removal from the venue.
