Hotel Reservation Terms and Conditions
These booking conditions together with the other information contained on this website form the basis of your contract with Ibiza Rocks House S.L.U. for your booking at Pikes Ibiza. Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. We do not sell or offer for sale any “packages” or act as an “organiser” within the meaning of The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992.
1. Introduction
1.1 Booking of accommodation through this website (the “Site”) is subject to these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).
1.2 In these conditions a reference to:
1.2.1 “you”, “your” means the person making the booking and everyone else named on the booking including anyone added or substituted at any time.
1.2.2 the “Lead Name” means the person identified on the booking confirmation as the lead name and to whom the invoice for the accommodation will be addressed.
1.2.3 “Accommodation” means the room(s), suite(s) or other form of accommodation and related services or products that you have booked or wish to book through the Site.
1.2.4 “Hotel” means Pikes Ibiza.
1.2.5 “We”, “us”, “our”, “Pikes Ibiza” mean Ibiza Rocks House S.L.U., CIF B57928947, Calle Cervantes 27, 07820 San Antonio, Baleares, Spain.
1.3 These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Ibiza Rocks House S.L.U. and to all members of your party.
2. Your Contract for Accommodation
2.1 Your contract is with Ibiza Rocks House S.L.U. We accept no liability for any other arrangements booked separately.
2.2 Please check all booking details carefully. Amendments or cancellations may incur charges as set out below.
3. Payment
3.1 To confirm your reservation a deposit of 50 percent of your total stay is required.
3.1.1 20 percent of the 50 percent deposit is non refundable.
3.1.2 The remaining balance is taken on arrival during check in.
3.1.3 All extras must be settled on check out.
3.2 Non refundable rate bookings must be fully prepaid and cannot be cancelled.
3.3 Payment methods are listed on the site. Bank transfer requests should be emailed to reservations@pikesibiza.com.
4. Booking Confirmation
4.1 Once payment is processed, a confirmation invoice and booking voucher will be sent to the email address provided.
5. Airport Transfers
5.1 Private transfers may be requested by emailing reservations@pikesibiza.com.
6. On Arrival at the Hotel
6.1 Present your booking confirmation upon arrival.
6.2 Passport copies for each guest are required by law.
6.3 If the original payment card is not presented at check in, the deposit will be refunded and a new payment must be made using a different card.
6.4 A €500 security deposit will be held on your credit card. This covers damages or minibar usage not declared at check out. It is refunded after departure if no charges apply.
6.5 Check in is from 15:00. We aim to prepare your room earlier where possible.
6.6 Sustainable Tourism Tax: €2.20 per person per night will be collected at check out.
6.7 Check out is at 11:00. Late check out cannot be guaranteed and is chargeable.
6.8 All rooms are non smoking. Cleaning or maintenance charges may apply if smoking occurs in the room.
7. General Information
7.1 Maintenance and improvements occur throughout the year. No compensation is offered for unavailable facilities.
7.2 Valuables should be kept in the room safe. Ibiza Rocks House S.L.U. is not liable for personal loss unless due to negligence.
7.3 Prices may change but confirmed bookings will not be altered.
7.4 Rooms are cleaned daily with towel changes. Linen is changed at least twice weekly.
7.5 You are responsible for your conduct and that of your party.
7.6 We reserve the right to terminate your stay for improper conduct with no refund.
7.7 Eviction may occur in cases of antisocial or illegal behaviour.
7.8 You agree to indemnify the hotel for any damage caused during your stay.
8. Cancellations and Amendments
8.1 Cancellation or amendment requests must be emailed to reservations@pikesibiza.com.
8.2 Cancellation fees:
- 20 percent of your 50 percent deposit is non refundable.
- Cancelling within 21 days of arrival results in loss of the full 50 percent deposit.
- Changes within 30 days of arrival are treated as cancellations.
- Non refundable bookings cannot be refunded.
8.3 In stay changes such as upgrades or extensions are subject to availability.
8.4 If we cannot fulfil your booking, alternative accommodation of a similar standard will be offered plus up to €100 per person in hotel vouchers.
9. Travel Insurance
9.1 Adequate travel insurance is required. It should cover cancellation, medical costs and repatriation.
10. Special Requests
10.1 Special requests should be made in writing at the time of booking.
10.2 Requests cannot be guaranteed.
10.3 Quiet rooms are limited; requests cannot always be fulfilled.
10.4 Dogs are not permitted.
11. Complaints Procedure
11.1 Any issues should be reported immediately to the Reception Team.
11.2 Post stay complaints may be emailed to reservations@pikesibiza.com. Response time is up to 28 days.
12. Lost Property
12.1 Forgotten items are defined as items left behind after departure.
12.2 Claims must be made at reception or by emailing reservations@pikesibiza.com.
12.3 Claimed items will be stored for six months.
12.4 Unclaimed items after six months will be donated to an NGO.
12.5 The hotel is not responsible for loss or deterioration of forgotten items.
12.6 We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
